Pat Barone, RYT, KRI
Pat Barone, also known by her spiritual name, Kavita Kaur, is the daughter of a Native American alcoholic and a southern belle food addict. At times, she often thought addiction was the only way to live. But, she healed her own addiction and loves participating in the healing of others through Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Soul Awareness Healing.
She also teaches a wide variety of hatha yoga, including yin, vinyasa and restorative. Pat promises a safe space for her students to experience the awakening of their true selves as they explore their deeper energy, the life essence known as kundalini. She was also Wisconsin’s first Master Certified Coach and is seen on-air as NBC15’s life coach.

Keesia Hyzer, RYT
Keesia has practiced a variety of styles of yoga since 2000 and is a certified yoga instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance.
As a retired high school English teacher, she has combined her joy of teaching with her love of yoga. Her Hatha yoga classes emphasize the relationship between the breath and body movements, strengthening of core stability, development of range of mobility, and calmness of mind. Modifications are offered for a safe and nurturing practice.

Kiro Kopulos, B.S., C.H.
Kiro has taught Hatha yoga, movement meditation and mindfulness classes since 1983. His classes are a unique blend of asanas, yin vinyasa (a gentle approach to yogic flow), energy awareness techniques and pranayama (yogic breathing exercises). Guided imagery and/or relaxation exercises are also included with each class. He offered classes with Dean & St. Mary’s Health Works for 19 years here in Madison.
He has also taught for MSCR, Supreme Health and Fitness and various corporate settings for stress management. Kiro also offers classes at his Eastside studio, InfiniteFlow on East Washington Avenue.

Eva Wright
Eva has studied Yang style Tai Chi since 1984. Her teachers include Tricia Yu and a number of Tai Chi masters. She teaches at the Tai Chi Center of Madison and instructs health care professionals in learning and applying the Tai Chi Fundamentals program therapeutically. She has taught at Meriter Hospital for over a decade and also at the Mind Body Center.
She holds advanced instructor certification in the Tai Chi Fundamentals Program and is also a ROM (range of motion) Dance Program Certified Instructor. From UC Berkeley Wellness Letter, July 2005 “Tai chi is high on our list of recommended exercises. …Studies have long shown that tai chi offers physical and mental benefits for young and old, healthy and less so. It’s a good complement to aerobic exercise and weight training.”
